My private sleep consultations are tailored specifically for your child and provide the information and guidance you need to teach your child to sleep.
Three weeks of follow up phone calls and e-mails provide additional support throughout the sleep coaching process.
Basic Sleep Coaching Package – $599
This package includes:
- A 90 minute consultation via phone, FaceTime or Skype
- A complete assessment of your child’s sleep needs and sleep challenges
- A personalized, written plan to address your child’s nap and nighttime sleep problems
- Three weeks of phone and e-mail follow up support to guide you through the sleep coaching process ( If you don’t start coaching on the day of your consult, no worries – your three weeks of support starts from the night you start, not from time of consult)
- Includes siblings (see FAQS page for more details)
In Home Sleep Coaching Package – $650*
This package includes:
- A 2 hour in home consultation
- A complete assessment of your child’s sleep environment, sleep needs and sleep challenges
- A personalized, written plan to address your child’s nap and nighttime sleep problems
- Three weeks of phone and e-mail support to guide you through the sleep coaching process ( If you don’t start coaching on the day of your consult, no worries – your three weeks of support starts from the night you start, not from time of consult)
- Includes siblings (see FAQS page for more details)
“A La Carte” calls – $120 per hour
These phone calls are designed for families that need a “tune up” or want to troubleshoot specific challenges like nap transitions, time changes, travel, etc.
Right Start Consultation for Newborns – $250
There is compelling research to suggest that sleep coaching is not appropriate for babies under four months of age. There are, however, things you can do to encourage healthy sleep during this challenging time. This 90 minute consultation is designed to help you navigate the early months and includes information about:
- the basics of infant sleep
- creating an environment for sleep and encouraging positive associations with sleep
- safe sleep practices
- coping strategies during the early months
- recommended products and resources for new parents
